No. Scanning the QR code with their phone camera is enough — they upload directly from the browser.
Are uploaded photos published automatically?
No — no photo or video appears in the shared gallery or live slideshow until you approve it.
What happens to my data when the retention period ends?
We email you a reminder before it expires; you can download everything as a zip.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — we have a Free Trial plan with all features unlocked, up to 5 GB of storage and 10 photo/video uploads. Content uploaded on this plan is deleted after 3 days; other plans are one-time purchases, per event.
Is there a limit on the number of guests or uploads?
No, paid plans have no limit on how many photos/videos guests can upload — anyone can upload as much as they like until your storage quota is full.
What's the size/duration limit for photos and videos?
Each photo can be up to 25 MB and each video up to 2 minutes — phone-shot content usually fits comfortably within these limits.
